Earlier work around adoption dynamics and organisational behaviour made it clear that technology alone does not change outcomes. Later, while working with a sovereign AI infrastructure provider, it became obvious that building secure compute and models solves only the bottom layer. What determines impact is what runs on top of that infrastructure. That gap is what led me to focus deeply on agentic workflows, decision systems, and operating cadence — the layer where AI actually becomes usable inside organisations.
